Request Nexa account deletion
Nexa is an organization-managed app: accounts are provisioned and managed by an administrator. To protect organization and user data, account deletion requests are verified and approved by an administrator before they are carried out. You can request deletion from within the app or via the email below.
How to request deletion
- Email support@newera.inc.
- State the email or username of the account to delete.
Processing time
A NewEra Inc. administrator will verify and approve the request, typically within 24 hours on business days.
Data deleted & data retained
Once approved, your account profile and personal content are deleted within 30 days. Some data may be retained longer where required by law or audit obligations.
